swim, walk, think, sleep, ask questions, point out your ears and do the books, imagine the future, carry the irony, avoiding easy answers, hard to use a word, try to peel away, even if for a few exciting moments, from the level sole, see one of these films (in full, of course): Blues Brothers, Blade Runner, Excalibur, any of the classic Hitchcock (The Birds, North by Northwest, The Man Who Knew Too Much, etc.), see a sunrise, a sunset view (all the way down), unplug the phone and attack the living.
